On Igors List, the count is up to 9 (Nine) Approvals from VSC (Texas version) and only one RFE, so far!

One case VERY near my case number was approved on USCIS and one RFE and One REF Resposne Rec'd for yesterday.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Where do you see 9 from Texas? I only see 3 apparent transfers that got approved yesterday and 1 of those had an RFE already and responded and got approved.

Everyone from March remained at VSC. I assume the one with 2/27 NOA1 also remained at VSC. The one with an RFE and NOA1 of 10/17 wouldn't get transferred either. It seems VSC is starting to crank out approvals for the cases that they didn't transfer. And the one with 5/1 NOA1 seems to be an expedite.

Completely unfair to everyone who got transferred and has to wait forever for TSC to get their act together while other people that applied 2-3 months later get approved within 4 months.

the 27/2 was NOT transferred as i messaged them to find out.

The only approved ones I can see from TSC were the december filers (3 of them, one of which was rfe)

On Igor's List under Vermont a few say they were transferred, a few don't say and a few are newer NOA's

Clearly "fair" is not an factor for the folks working there.. so I focus on quantifiable data... i.e. actual approvals.

Random question. When I get my K1 and get married in the US, do I have to stay in the US for any reason before I make the change of status and can I go for example on my honeymoon to another country?

Stay in the US until AOS is complete. The K-1 is only valid for one entry, so if you leave you'll need to reapply.

Edit: Not until AOS is complete. Until you get AP, which is 2-3 months assuming you apply for that while applying for AOS.

You can leave you just cant get back in!

Oh, I just had a bad thought. What would we do if TSC burnt to the ground with our files in it? Yikes thats scarry. Can we hire a volunteer fire department to camp out in their parking lot. Or what if terrorist were to launch a biological attack on TSC. I'm going to call the Governer of Texas to see if he can station National Guard troops to protect our precious cargo!!!

[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark
