Gah... Dec 18th here, still waiting. Congrats Aradeb and Strictly4luv - it made me feel optimistic you guys got your approval last night. Looking forward to some Bbqs this weekend and a little shopping to take my mind off things! Last day of the week! Lets hope for some more tonight ?

Anyone else notice that it seems the approvals spike on Mon and Fri taper down a bit on Tues and Thurs and then Wed nearly nothing??

Or am I imagining it??

LOL now I gotta check Igor's list for NOA 2 dates and compare..lol

*** OH! And to whomever said don't read further DOWN the list of Igor's list is off a bit.. Set it for ALL Petitions and then NOA1 Date and you will see the pattern....

You can see how many approved and when and usually... Magically in groups... like 10 together same NOA 1 Date nada... next 10 close NOA1 dates Approvals VERY close dates or even Same day...

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

And the fact that our kid is growing without her daddy ... Sad? No, this is cruel ! Nobody thinks about this. Skype talks can't replace daddy's kiss for good night . Sad? No, this is cruel.

Next week it will be 7 months from NOA1 , and 7 months we didn't see him. We were not together on his birthday , her birthday , my birthday , valentine's day , Easter , her graduation from kindergarten , Mother's Day and Father's Day . We lost this moments , she makes memories without him.

Sad? No, this is cruel.

I know how you feel I have a soon to be 6 month old with my fiance and they have not met!!!! On July 3 my noa1 will be 6 months.. and I have not seen my fiance in 9 months it's horrible how they approve people that are after our dates

Got my approval email at 9:30 usa time.

Cases oround me still not approved so more proves to say that they do this thing ramdomly.

Yesterday i didnt post anything an i didnt check my status last night before bed... Maybe u need to do the same...

This morning idk y i woke up at 6am for no reason... I went ahead and called my fiancee and whilr we were on facetime i was like wait let me check this status... And bam!! Approval!

I was like baby omg! I cant believe it... We just got approved!

So it wad crazy!

An advice, go ahead and do stuff, go to gym, walk to the mall, go to walmart... Take ur head out of this bs...

It worked for me...

I think majority of december filers that got transfered had to wait 6 months and a half... Maybe thats what it is... Texas timeline i mean...

Idk! I will pray for you guys millios of times today and next week!

You guys are like family already!

URRRRRRG. SO notice date is the NOA1 date? Am i correcT?

or is it received date?

On your notice of transfer, in the top right corner, there is a "Notice Date". Also, on your original NOA1, there is a "Receipt Date" on the left hand side. My transfer "Notice Date" was listed as January 3, 2013 but my original NOA1 "Receipt Date" was January 2, 2013. So, there may be some minor inconsistencies in the system with regards to one day or the other. Just my humble opinion.
