Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!

When was your filing date? Vermont has a backlog... and they had already transferred December-early january filers.. and i've heard they have transferred february? What is your filing date?

Guys, why would texas still be in training after a month ? THEY ARE IN TRAINING SINCE YESTERDAY AGAIN.. AND TODAY!

The staff has to be trained already as they are working on our petitions now. That was an answer some people were receiving back in the beginning of the month. Perhaps it could be new adjudicators were hired.

Thanks for your response. Yeah that makes sense. You think i should be hearing something soon ? Idk if you read my previous posts about how my case was with an adjudicator and how texas notified my senator that i should hear something in 7-14 days.. and .. its day 15 today.. what do you think ? Any inputs?

Call up the USCIS and inquiry about it, you may need to get a higher tier person but if you were issued an RFE it must be in their systems. Tell them what the Senator's office told you, and if they don't have it or can't find it go back to your Senator. Then let them do some more digging around for you. You have 2 ladders right there to get out of limbo, keep climbing.

Thanks St&Sv!! I called and requested a call back from a supervisor. He told me that the same day of the RFE the adjudicator decided the RFE was not required and is continuing to process my application. He said it could be another 2 weeks mid July and I should have my answer.

I feel like this is good news but have the feeling that in 2-3 weeks I will be in the same spot, I am going to keep th congrssional pressure on until I get an NOA.

I-129 petitions are not the only forms they are processing. If they are directed to also do other types of petitions, they must learn how to complete those. At least TSC is approving 8-12 petitions a day still. Look at igors list. VSC has not completed a I-129 in 2 days. The dates of the approvals are the ones that were transfered. Also do not forget to check TSC numbers on Igors list. Several people changed their processing centers when they were transfered. If they process 10 people fron VJ, that only represents about 5% of total applications. So 10 approvals is actually 200. I know it is difficult to wait, but there is nothing we can do but wait. I am in the same boat as I was transfered to TSC. We are getting approved faster at TSC than we were at VSC. Things are good. Look at CSC. They didn't approve any I-129f for almost 3 months, people were waiting up to 10 months for approval.

U can see who changes their timeline to NOA2. it updates as people update it in their timeline. For example currently we can see 9 people updated their timeline as receiving NOA2 yesterday on 26th. Looking at their NOA1 dates we can tell they were all Texas transfers. Some people have added to the RFE space they are Texas transfers, some dont bother. If you change the drop down to Texas, those that changed their servcie centre to Texas when they got transferred show as 3 approvals yesterday. So in total 12 people got NOA2s yesterday

Its updated daily. And it only shows people who are on the forum and those who update their timeline. So there are tons of approvals we don't see. Also some people might keep their service center as Vermont.

From what I was told by my senators office they are working to approve the transferred applications in 45 days. So its possible people will be waiting till the end of July. I would suggest just keep on your representative and calling the USCIS.

Just focus on the first box I never look at anything underneath apart from the top box as they are live approvals where as the boxes underneath are supposedly people still waiting for their NOA2 (but most of them just havent updated their timeline)
