Any news guys??? I'm so looking forward for an approval that I'm not even sure how I'm going to react. Good luck guys this is our week! Dec 17 here btw

We have the exact same timeline as you folks. I keep in touch with my fiancée and keep hope alive. Now it seems like forever. 10 years from now, we'll look back and say, 'That was worth the wait'.

I'm sure we won't wait 10 years to say that. As soon as we hold our significant other we will be saying that

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

@Sek Thank for confirming!! I knew I had seen someone recently and I think Angelina, VazPayne and QueenofBlades all had a similar experiences. Of being told to wait 45 or 30 days... Same old response and then POOF Magic Showed up!!

You are so sweet!! And apparently we are similar in a few respects.. My Fiance and I agreed before we even filed the paperwork (to not discuss it (unles it's positive) or even really our wedding specifics because we only want the focus to be on us (not an event) and building our relationship because long distance adds it challenges.

So we chose to go forward as if there was no paperwork and we are just waiting for the right time for him to move here.. We go about our daily lives knowing that we will be together VERY soon. Share stories, laughs, crack on each other. Prepare for our trips.. lol We both have pics of each other posted everywhere in our respective homes so that as we would when we are together we "See" each other.. On/By the couch, in the bathroom mirror, kitchen... bedside. lol

Sometimes I even holler down the hall telling him something... as if he is there.. like when we are together.. Just so I get to remember what that is like.. . Oh! and speakerphone helps!! We put each other on speaker phone and do stuff around the house so it's "like" when we are together!! heart.gif

Shutting up now.. lol

@Strictly4tehLuv - Awwwww thanks!!! I just was expressing from my heart what helps me and works for me... Glad I could help or inspire you!! That makes me smile! I love to be of service to others. Big HUg!! Thanks to you for sharing that! heart.gif

@ACAWAN.. glad you found your answer! dancin5hr.gif

This is right. We got the standard 45 days response, and our congressman's office also told us it had been assigned an adjudicator on the Thursday 13th I believe. Then we were approved on the 19th.

I know it's tough, but you really just have to be patient. I had been crying that Monday saying how emotionally exhausted I was and so fed up of waiting and how stressed I was to my fiance, then on the early hours of last Thursday morning, my fiance woke me up at 3am saying we had our NOA2.

Also, don't be afraid to contact the big wigs at USCIS. We got our NOA2 within the first few days of TSC cranking out approvals, and our congressman's office had contacted the congressional liaison for USCIS head office in Washington D.C, VSC, and TSC numerous times, service requests, and we e-mailed the Ombudsman directly with a massive complaint that we just got the generic "send in the Ombudsman complaint form" response and we were approved without RFE. They can't exact vengeance on you just for escalating your complaint.

Is there a thread or information anywhere for the average turn around time for someone who has be rerouted to another office? Obviously I have noticed there have been some cases rerouted several times - but i am trying to be optimistic and go with the general average.

My partner and I had our NOA1 dated Feb 20 and last week received the email that our petition had been sent to "the local office". Which sounds like it IS NOT local at all (he is in Boston) and rather just another main office!? We originally sent our paperwork to Texas.

I have to admit the whole process is emotionally draining and stressful on both of us. The lack of information provided or the incredibly vague nature of the information that is, is all so frustrating. I am visiting my fiancé in early September for 2 1/2 months and was hoping that our NOA2 would arrive before then so we can work on the next stage physically together and coordinate everything, such as paperwork, consulate visits etc by the time I return to Australia in November. I would like to hope after all these months of (what feels like) our paperwork just sitting in a tray to be processed finally gets somewhere soon in the coming weeks!

Just got a response from the e-request i put in last week. It basically just says my case was transferred on 5/30 and is pending at TSC and to give them 45 days to post a decision or NOA.

BAAHHHH I want my NOA 2 NOW

Call the USCIS customer service line ask to speak to an officer! I got this too on June 25th I went to the office to pick up the response from my service request. I was not happy with the answer. I asked the officer on the phone he said I should get an approval or decision very soon this was yesterday after noon! @ 10:45 pm yesterday I got approved! Have faith you should get it any moment now but call!!! Good luck! :)

Just got this big bs.... I cant believe it!!!

Ive got my noa 1 december 10!!! This thing doest make amy sence and is so unfair...

Happy for everybody that got it already but i think i should be one of them... Waiting too long...

Anybody got this and right away got the approval?

Fu##!!!

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your pending Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e). U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your case is pending at TSC. Your Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) was received on 12/10/2012.

USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner. At this time the Texas Service Center will be processing I-129F petitions in order to balance the overall workload with processing capacity. On 05/30/2013, USCIS transferred the workload for I 129F petitions processing from the Vermont Service Center to the Texas Service Center.

If you have not received notification from USCIS within 45 days, please check the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov or call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 for updated processing time information. Please note that estimated processing times and processing goals are not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe.

Please listen and believe you should get an approval soon. Yes I did. I did the service request on June 10th 2013 deadline was on June 25th 2013. I went to my local office because I had not received anything through the mail by the deadline which was yesterday. The lady being lazy and giving me no more info gave me this exact letter with different dates of coarse. I was not happy and thought it was full of it! So I decided to call the USCIS and talk to an officer not the for tier 1 rep. The guy was so helpful and just by the sound of his voice he was giving me good news. He said your background check was clear and right now you should be getting a positive decision by July 15th after July 4th. I was happy because it was kinda positive news about the background checks being ok and knowing that he gave me exact dates. So I was waiting for that. I got home told my Fiance about what was said and settled to wait until the 15th. At 10:45 pm eastern time I checked my email June 25th 2013 my case was APPROVED!!! SO KEEP THE FAITH AND I TRULY BELIEVE IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF DAYS OR HOURS! smile.png
