Which USCIS Office is this? that remains a question.:) how long will the processing be? I remain hopeful it will be done so soon. If they say "its now being processed" it could be that they are starting to adjudicate it now :) Let's us stay positive!!!! Lets this be our mantra. K1 approval sent! k1 approval sent! :) good vibes to everyone out there!

Just got this as well which I've seen other members get also... applications seems to be moving a lot lately. Doesnt exactly say where either. Very confusing.

When the dust settles, I think the transfers never left the state of Vermont! They were all probably sent to the local office down the street in St albans.. The initial info given that they went to Texas was wrong. At least you guys are in a position to have yours worked on. I'm Jan 25 NOA1 and VSC did 1 approval yesterday and 2 today with one of them being a REF.

I don't think you need to worry about that. VSC is barely moving. mad.gif

I just realized how rude I sounded... lol Sorry about that! I will be so happy for anyone getting approved anywhere, I'll just be jealous, lets put it that way. ;)

Like those lucky people being approved in CSC with February NOA1... so crazy, after all that fuss a few months ago about the CSC, they only had to wait 3 months! Things really do change so fast between the service centers.

We met when Heather travelled to Egypt to be an au pair!

Where can you find the information on how many they approve on a day?

Like Alzaire said (he is my boo), we got this notification last night as well -

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

I'm interested to see where this goes. I don't know if this means that someone is dealing with them now, or just that it's finally there like we were told they were being processed at VSC months ago.

Oh don't worry, I didn't think it sounded rude!

I'm just getting more annoyed with VSC each day! They're sending petitions everywhere, and processing those that were left behind at an unbelievably slow rate. Add to that the fact that CSC is starting on Feb now, it just builds up into a big depressing tunnel with no light yet. unsure.png
