Sigh, received a response to my service request that was useless. Just says to wait. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Wait when those who applied after you been approved? what kind of unfairness is that? No one will complain if they were approving cases on first come, first serve basis as they continue to tell us when you call the customer service

Yup, I know. It's not right. I just called them again (and I feel like I should do this everyday now) and the ISO said that from what she could tell the background checks are done and fine, it's been assigned an adjudicator, but the person just hasn't gotten to it yet. Last time I called it had been assigned to an adjudicator too; wonder what's taking mine so long :(

The 45 days must be from 5/30 because some people are getting July 15th as the magic day. So that means they have 2.5 more weeks to get decisions to ALL the 5/30 transfers. Hopefully we get them sooner than that, but at least there is a finish line in sight in the not too distant future.

I think once I get the approval I will say my god finally instead of yeahhh we got approved.. it's annoying waiting and waiting. I hate that the dates change in my timeline and it give me hopes that it will come by that date but then I have lost hope.. so disappointing...... July 3 I will make 6 months I got my noa1 and nothing...

Guys/Gals!! Don't fret yet!! I believe I read a few posts (have to search back through this thread...) Where people received similar responses from USCIS and within a few days were approved.... (Crossing fingers and sending up prayers)...

I try not to waste my precious time, or valuable happiness, b*tchin about things I cannot change I merely look for the silver lining and step forward... Working in advance and with expectation of approval. In fact my Fiance and I nearly NEVER discuss the petition.. we just focus on our life as it is for now and build our relationship.

Complaining about this won't change anything... Even as hard as Angelina and others worked, called, complained and wrote letters, there were people who never called and even some who were filed later who STILL got processed before her... As sad as that is.. it's just a truth... a truth we have to accept...

That which you resist... persists...

What you think about and speak about.. you bring about....

When you are focused on "No approval yet".. You get MORE of "No Approval yet"...

Think of ALL the entries posted saying they finally gave up... finally stopped looking and checking and then POOF within days or hours... like magic their approval appeared!!!

I can tell you that I have occupied my time (besides killing the USCIS site and scourign VJ.. lol) by researching the Embassy and paperwork needed for my Hunnie and I already have all the paperwork filled out and saved into .pdf. Once my NOA-2 is received, I will only need two documents. Documents that I shouldn't obtain less than a couple of months before our Interview Date.

Focus on gathering the rest of your docs and evidence for your Interview... You WILL/MAY Need it.

Copies of Boarding Passes

Copies of ALL Pages of your Passport

Hotel Receipts, Phone records, emails, photo album, etc.. the list goes on...

Just my 3 cents...

Oh and even THIS is not worth your Mental or Emotional well being... Focusing on this lack as several of you have already seen hurts the relationship.. not helps it.. Focus on building your connection.. you'll need that more than a Visa approval.

Oh!! And I ALSO just got the SAME LAME response from USCIS about my Service Request... We're all in the same boat... I just choose to focus on things I can actually change or do something about while I wait for God to work out what I cannot.

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

That what my senators rep told me also. That they were working to complete things in 45 days or so.

There have been approvals everyday so far. Hope you all receive yours sooner rather than later!!
