.ClockWatch2.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifcray5ol.gif ..... Its almost a month that our petitions have been transferred. This delay is starting to worry me

it disheartens me when late january and february are being approved and we are still waiting.

and the numbers mean nothing now, we are seeing that now. so people can ask all they want about what number is theirs, but it doesnt matter, they approve in ANY order.

Hoping for a fast approval. my date is 12/28/12.

I share everyone's frustration who hasn't been approved from Dec or Jan. :(

I noticed for the first time today that petitions 3 and 4 numbers later than me were just transferred to TSC today when I had been transferred a month ago so I really think my number was right near the cutoff.

The encouraging thing is the one before that one (only 2 away from me) shows no status at this time..so that's either an RFE, another transfer coming or an approval - I'm hoping it's an approval. praying too. mine and the one after me just still show transferred end of May. Keeping my fingers crossed that I will hear tonight or tomorrow! :)

The waiting room for visa case numbers... I figured for those still waiting for approval here... the next step after your approved is that we need a visa case number...
So I started a thread under the nvc only for fiancé visa... Different visas have different waiting periods .... I found when reading thru those threads some folks were waiting for months but then discovered they had different visas than ours,,,
So as those approved might need get a sense of the next step ... Can you consider posting it here....

Just a thought

My file got touched ... ,,,,first on the 24th and now today... Food news ????

On May 29, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Or good news ?????

Well move over and make room. Got transferred today to another office. I hope it is Texas. NOA1 of Jan 25. We were left for dead at VSC after you guys left.

Yeah, I really don't get what's going on at VSC... we're seeing March filers getting approved at VSC now! And still early December filers that got transferred that are yet to be adjudicated. So they're just dumping off the caseload and moving on? Just... doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
