I understand Simon_yw. I will pray for you ! Just try to keep yourself busy; I know its hard to not look at the case status. Good luck to you. Once again, If i hear something, I will let you know.

Hey guys, if it helps something my reciep numer ends with the last 4 numbers: 6411 and im a december 10th...

I dont even thint that numbers and receip dates follow an order...

Ps; mine starts with EAC139

What is your receipt date?

I think is somthing with the middle numbers that might be different... If not i dont understand anything...

How is your receipt number 6411? Mine is before your number and i filed 12/17. Thats so weird... i think they randomized the receipt numbers.

The way they process things is sooooo confusinggggggggg urghhhh :(protest6wz.gifranting33va.gif

I did speak with Tier 2 and was on hold about 2 hours. But finally when he answered he was very unfriendly, ignoring some of my questions. I did tell him about 5 months processing time from USCIS.gov and he answered that it usually takes 9 months so I am withing normal processing times, basically just ignore whatever is written on USCIS.gov. I told him about December and Jan filers getting approvals and RFE's and case right before mine got RFE on June 19th. He said: "well all cases are different and they go in order they are received." ranting33va.gif Then I asked him what are my options? What CAN you tell me? He just said I have officer assigned to our case and I have to wait it could take 3 MONTHS. ranting33va.gifprotest6wz.gif Because they have to train TSC officers and it takes about 45 days, only then they start to look at the cases. Which is BS! So there was no way to get anything else from this unfriendly guy.

I will try again.

Im sure my digit in between EACXxxx and the last 4 numbers is gonna be a lil bit smaller...

What i think is really wierd isthat they r approving january and february petitions before ours!!

Thats why i think is so random...

But who knows be patient and positive the way they are approving maybe you are next!!!

Hipe we all get it soon!! We deserve for trying to do stuff the legal way and it seems that the system punihes you for that...

I've just been checking the cases around mine and there are alot of these:

  • At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Does anyone know what this indicates? there are some that have been this way for days...

The waiting room for visa case numbers... I figured for those still waiting for approval here... the next step after your approved is that we need a visa case number...

So I started a thread under the nvc only for fiancé visa... Different visas have different waiting periods .... I found when reading thru those threads some folks were waiting for months but then discovered they had different visas than ours,,,

So as those approved might need get a sense of the next step ... Can you consider posting it here....

Just a thought

this is what gets me depressed. February 25 2013 application being approved at VSC and December 2012 ones sitting there. What kind of nonsense is this?
