Do you mean the "Texas 129F approval" one? I just looked on Igors list (VSC and TSC) and could it be that each day more than 8 ppl got approved from TSC this week? That's great!! I hope our time will come soon. I wish it was before the weekend so bad...

To be honest with you i didnt want to do a lot of reaserch as far as approvls cause i feel a lot frustrated...

What is Igors list?? Sorry for my ignorance...LOL

I totally agree with you. Last night was the worst...so frustrating! On Igors list you can see how many people from Visa journey got approved each day from each service center. This link is for VSC but you can change the Service center on the upper page under "Service Center".

Big congrats to all who've been approved this week and last! I'm one of the ones still waiting. The receipt #s before AND after mine have been adjudicated (one approval, one RFE), so I'm going a little nuts waiting for mine! I also contacted my congressman, put in a service request and contacted the ombudsman, all last week or the week before and have heard 0 responses to any of it, so that's really annoying. I just need some good news today :-/.

they dont skip they just do it randomly. We are 12/05 and when we filed I thought that would mean we would be approved before january, february, march etc. but they just don't care.

I just got mail (hard copy) from my Senator (Kristen Gillibrand) about my case. Nothing special but more of the standard reply cray5ol.gif

"Than you for sharing yoru concerns with me. I appreciate your taking the time to bring this matter to my attention. In an effort to be of assistance, I have brought the information you presented to the attention of the TSC. I have requested a review of this matter and a written response from their office. As soon as i have something further to report, I will contact you again."

Whew!!

I hope this can trun around my waiting time.

My NOA1 date was: 12/17/12

Simon_yw: Im a 12/17 filer too. I was told to wait by next week.. they said by Wednesday of this upcoming week.. but I will give it up to Friday. Since we have the same dates, we both might get an approval next week. Just wait. I will post any additional info for the 12-17 filers. Keep your faith up!

Still waiting!! December 10th!!!

Just checked mines around... Some of them were not even I129F petitions and the ones that were they were still at damn initial review. 2 were approved... Idk... I hope it doesnt make sence... If it does is looking baaaaddd!!
