I really hope you are right!

She also said that they are always slow in updating the website as well and that sometimes you are approved, but aren't notified for a few days. I know that must be true because several people on here have gotten calls from their senators saying they are approved, and its before the site reflects the change.

You will. Just look at the list on Igor's. I think it is nothing but 19th approvals all the way down. Last I saw listings like that, a similar thing was going on at CSC. And that was for all the July-Jan filers there left waiting, just like all you TSCers. By the time the next month rolled around, all of them were happily approved, except just one July filer who seems to have been left behind. I even made a thread recently to see of there were any others left. Nobody replied.

It means I just got approved!!!!! Got the text and status update just now dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

I just got this message via email this morning, no text like the rest of the time. On May 30 with everyone else I got the notice that it had been transferred and now being processed. Not sure why the Alien number is changed again now (2nd time I got this message, first one was shortly after I filed). Did this happen to anyone else?

Initial Review

On June 20, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Just got a response back from my congresswoman's office from when they put in an inquiry a week ago. Doesn't say anything useful:

Thank you for your June 18, 2013 inquiry on behalf of your constituent regarding his Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé (e). U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that this case is pending at TSC. The Petition was received at the Texas Service Center on May 30, 2013 from the Vermont Service Center.

USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner. At this time the Texas Service Center will be processing I‑129F Petitions in order to balance the overall workload with processing capacity.

If your constituent has not received notification from USCIS within 45 days, please have him check the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov or call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 for updated processing time information. Please note that estimated processing times and processing goals are not a guarantee that applications will be processed within the estimated timeframe.

Also got a response to a service request I put in a few days ago. The response is from VSC and is also completely useless:

The status of this service request is:

You or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your petition to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

To those have been approved today - congrats to all! hope you have a smooth journey for the next steps and are together soon for good. :)

To those like me who have not been approved yet, I feel your pain. :( It's tough. and getting tougher..we all have our tougher days and our more optimistic days...some have children with a parent missing important moments...some have monetary concerns from these delays ...on and on. hopefully all the dec/jan filers get approved soon and they are caught up enough for our friends here that filed in February and later..I don't just pray to get my approval - I'm praying for all of us. hang in there. :) i was in a car accident last night and I'm somewhat drugged so I hope this all makes sense. keep the faith guys..
