No one knows what's going on at this point...My case is from DEC4th and hasn't even been touched since the transfer. I sent in my packet since November so my frustration is mounting...

I hear you. Our noa1 is one day after yours and it's just about time. But two more days to see approvals and who knows :) and we will be smiling tomorrow

I'm so upset to see that VSC is approving march filers since days. They are 3 months behind December filers but are faster with their fiances. That's just insane ...

I put in a service request today. I'm not hopeful it will yield any tangible results.

Well done! I did it yesterday too...

Even if we feel lije it doesnt do anything, at least with that they notice that we r not ok with what they r doing.

Is our right being able to complain so we all need to do it.

To be honest with you i think i even toke too long to do it... My fiancee was just telling me "keep being patient, eerything is going to be alright, we just gotta go thru the process...

But i just couldnt take it anymore!!!!

We will hear sonething soon!!

What we gotta do to try to speed up next part of the process is start getting ready some stuff for the interview and further steps! Maybe that keeps us pushing!!!

HOPE TO EVERYBODY!!!

Ps; really it sounds a lil bit crazy but just being able to write in here some words and being able to spit some of that bs from the inside it helps! Is like therapy to me!!

BIG HUGS!!

I just got mail (hard copy) from my Senator (Kristen Gillibrand) about my case. Nothing special but more of the standard reply cray5ol.gif

"Than you for sharing yoru concerns with me. I appreciate your taking the time to bring this matter to my attention. In an effort to be of assistance, I have brought the information you presented to the attention of the TSC. I have requested a review of this matter and a written response from their office. As soon as i have something further to report, I will contact you again."

I put in an e-request on Monday and today I went to my congressman's office, put in a service request and spoke with his immigration liaison who was very nice and seemed eager to help. I am 5.5 months in which now qualifies me as OPT out of processing times since VSC posted a 5 month turn-around; however, she told me that TSC doesn't have to tell her anything until after 6 months because they are allowed another month. That kinda sucks. I was thinking she would jump right on it since I was now OPT but now I am supposed to wait another 2 weeks. She did tell me that while she was not supposed to call until 6 months, she would still email her contact at TSC and thought she would have an update next week. It feels good to have someone eager to help on my case, but I am disappointed that I have to wait until July before she can really do anything.

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

I'm pretty sure you will get your approval before July. They are approving them in loads daily now at TSC. :)

I really hope you are right!

She also said that they are always slow in updating the website as well and that sometimes you are approved, but aren't notified for a few days. I know that must be true because several people on here have gotten calls from their senators saying they are approved, and its before the site reflects the change.

I just got this message via email this morning, no text like the rest of the time. On May 30 with everyone else I got the notice that it had been transferred and now being processed. Not sure why the Alien number is changed again now (2nd time I got this message, first one was shortly after I filed). Did this happen to anyone else?

Initial Review

On June 20, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.
