Hey everybody! It's been a while but we're finally back to file for Removal of Conditions. I've read over the forums and info sections as best I can but I am terribly busy with other things and don't have time to research this step as much as I did with the other ones. If you all could look over the list of what I have and answer a question or two for me it would be a huge help!

Here's what I have to send:

Cover Letter

i-751 form

Joint bank Statements

-Checking

-Savings

-and copies of both of our (nearly identical) bank cards.

Our Marriage Certificate

Proof of myself (wife) as my husband's emergency contact at work and listing me as his beneficiary

Joint tax returns for 2012 (we didn't file the previous year since we didn't make enough)

joint apartment lease

2 affidavits

Copies of both of our passports

Copies of his 2-year greencard (front and back)

Photos

Do we need any of the following? :

-driver's license copies (even though his is expired and they both list our old address?)

-birth certificate copies?

-Anything else?

Question:

-for the filing fee do we send them just the $505 (minus the biometric fee) or do we send $590?

-we don't use checks, is it okay if we send a money order instead?

-who do we make it out to? Our service center?

Thanks for your help!

Send anything you can think of that shows you have a joint account and the same residence. Make sure your evidence spans the entire 2 years of your marriage. Utility bills, car insurance, life insurance, health/dental/vision insurances, loans, shared phone plan, wills, powers of attorney, etc. There are threads here on the ROC forum that have many ideas and suggestions of what you can send as evidence.

The fee is $590 total. You will have to do biometrics again for this.

Make sure you send bank statements for the years spanning your marriage, not just proof of having an account.
