12-15-2009: Became Lovers


04-02-2013: Went to the Philippines to be with Jen and i proposed to her for marriage


-We spent 11 unforgettable days together, went to Cebu and Bohol-

6-11-13 I-129f Packet sent


6-14-13 USCIS received the application


6-18-13 Received text from USCIS with receipt number WACxxxxxxxxxx


6-20-13 Alien Registration number changed


6-24-13 NOA1 Hard Copy

They may or may not ask for it, so, just make sure you have it before you go there, better ready than sorry. Anyway, I am 23 and I had mine notarized, I just asked a lawyer for the format and the content, I had my cfo seminar in Cebu on March 2013 but they didnt ask for it but I was ready for it.

09/27/12- Sent I-129F via UPS10/01/12- 129-F packet arrived in Texas10/03/12- NOA 1 routed to VCS10/09/12 Received hard copy of NOA 104/09/13 Received Rfe04/17/13 Replied to rfe07/16/13 NOA208/15/13 Manila Embassy Interview<p>Met in Memphis, TN

AOS

10/17/13- Sent AOS,EAD,AP

10/21/13- Noa1 (EAD and AP)

10/23/13- Noa1 (Green card)

11/19/13- Biometrics Appointment

12/1413- EAD and AP approved (card in production)

I wouldn't worry about a consent letter not being notarized for USCIS.

As long as you followed the GUIDE (link at the top of the page) you will be fine.

You don't need a parental's consent in your 129-f packet. Your fiance will only need it during the cfo seminar.
