Yep, go back home.

Why do people insist on staying here, after their relationships turn to ####??? If you moved for a person, and that relationship failed, go back home. Why the constant need for advice on what can one do to stay? It almost seems like the green card was the real goal rather than the person...

I kind of wonder the same thing. Wouldn't you have friends and family to go home to?

sorry hon, i think she over stayed making it more impossible for her to come back just incase someone else is willing to marry her and bring her back here in the US. plus her working here ILLEGALLY!!!

i believed that's 10yrs ban.

perhaps not sure about this...hopefully her employer want's to sponsor her to be qualified to have an EAD.

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
