PUBLIX JOB LETTER

hey guys quick question,my husband and his mom works at publix and they asked for a job letter but recieve a letter with their employee number and the letter instructed the person to go on there website and put in the employee number to get information about the employee .

Publix is saying thats the letter that they normally give to employee's whenever they ask for a job letter so my question is will NVC have a problem with that letter because my husband even ask home office for a letter and that was what he received.

Basically what he received is a notice of employee verification using "The Works". They do not verify employment, so he can ask a HR person, or ask the store manager to type the letter. Otherwise, he will just have to use his W-2's, taxes, and checkstubs as verfification.

You can do couple thing, one would be ask your spouse to go to their website and print that letter and you can attach that with your application.

Not sure what the content of the letter is other thing you can do is ask the HR to write a letter stating the employment and salary and you can let them know the purpose of the letter as well so they can draft it properly.

Omg i work at publix too tell your mom to ask the store manager he's able to give you one, me whenever i need one he give it to me with no problem

My husband is saying it will not be on a publix letterhead so does NVC takes it like that

i work at publix for 7 years and they did the letter for me so many times

the only thing u need in this letter is that ur husband work at publix for ...... years and that he is full time and part time and that he still work at publix. the store manager cannot write down how much your husband make by publix law it's a NO NO, don't forget publix stamp very important also make sure they spell his name correctly and they need to add his personal number that's all u need. I'm gonna need the same letter once i get my NOA2 grrrr lol.

i meant full time or part time, don't go to HR they take forever the store manager can do it for him right away.

Tell the store Manager to use the Store Stamp at the top in the middle of the page, like letterhead.
