DS-156 state: "Please do not click the "Continue" button more than once" Does it mean if I click twice, it will show two different bar code under my name?

I filled out DS156 then click "Continue" and printed it, the third page shows my name and bar code. but I found there is an error, I filled out DS156 anagin, then click "Continue" and printed it again, the third page shows my name and different bar code. I wondering if there is something wrong, or different information will sent to consulate.

what does it mean "online", does it mean consulate will receive information outomaticallyafter we filled form then click "Continue" and print it?

The bar code contains all the data that you entered on the form, so if you change something then the bar code will change.

The online form sends no data to the USCIS, only generates the bar code for you. When you go to the visa interview the consular office scans the bar code, and all the data on the form is entered into their system.

The bar code dose two things, ensures that it gets entered into the system exactly as you filled out the form and saves the consular officer the time of having to copy the data into the system
