i called twice yesterday. the first person i talked to said, u can send the old form and they will review it. the second person that i talked said that they are no longer accepting old forms. so i guess we just have to wait. i know its frustrating.

You can send the old version. You have until the 22nd to send the old version then after that it has to be the new ones.

I spoke to NVC yesterday and they still have not received processing procedures from USCIS for the new AOS. So, everything seems to be on hold in regards to the new forms until procedures are determined. Not sure what everyone at NVC is doing in the meantime... Or why it takes so long to come up with new procedures when the forms as essentially the same just organized differently. So, we wait.

When I called, was told to call again next week as they should be hearing something soon about the procedures. My count is over 3 weeks and no procedures. Hmmm.

Fingers crossed something happens soon. As I am sure you all do as well.

jjust called today again, and the good news is they started reviewing the new forms! wohoo

What?! No way! Are you serious?! That's fantastic news! Hopefully that means they'll invoice me soon!

If it says that, it means they are invoicing you so don't be worried but be happy :) Check Saylin's post # 1 and #2

Yeah, that is weird...hmmm! probably closing early..maybe they r tired of people calling...hahaha :) Oh by the way the payment portal will be down tomorrow (according to the message they have on their website..just an FYI!)
