anyone can gave me a hint please I received a letter with a barcode right on top thru mail from NVC stating that the immigrant visa petition filed on behalf of (beneficiary name)has become eligible for further processing at the NVC

Honestly I haven't received a NOA2 or any letter from USICS.. of this case was it normal? do i need to call NVC or USCIS or have nothing to do

on the next step of process.. when Paying AOS thru online.. and also for DS-3023 it just mail it back.. or i could do it online thru e-mail

please any advise would really much appreciated

you think that does not a big deal haven't NOA2 but the case is now already on NVC for processing

for this visa type, the NOA-2 isn't important.

Sure, you could chase it down - use the advanced search tool here - search terms 'returned mail pieces' , Member Name = 'Darnell' and click on 'display as posts' for how to fix and get the approval notice.

But - it's not important, for your visa type.

How about for my two minor child(ren) ages 10 &2 year old.. would be the mother can sign for them on DS-3032..

I would be the agent a ( petitioner) here in US.. is that okay

Would NVC will send those form to the beneficiary or I should the one to send and she sign to it/ or she can get and down load it then sent it out thru e-mail

I had been reading the guildlines many times but im still get confuse apologize people, three of them I had file, which is two are minor, that's why. and most of the things am so very lack of experience when it comes to immigration process .. am so thankful who have a good heart to shared their ideas and intellect of knowledge. How do I need to send DS-3023 by email or by mail?

If I send it by email, what is should do, do I need to use the email template or I need to fill out the form and to attach it in the email?

Once your case already received by NVC first step the NVC will notify you by mail or email all the instruction will be follow.
