NVC phone system update

Hi All:

I have been waiting for the DS-230 and I-864 review to be completed at the NVC. It has been a little more than 2 weeks. Does the NVC automatted phone system get updated for the following events?

1. I-864 review complete

2. DS-230 review complete

3. Case complete

You do get updates on th automated system but you will need to speak with an operator sometimes if you are using James Shortcuts.

I sent the DS-230...

The message I have now is that they received the checklist and will notify me in 4 to 6 weeks.

The operator said 2 to 4 weeks tho and next week will be week four....

Im not sure if the the automated system ever says case complete. Maybe someone else can answer this?

Yes the system will tell you when case is complete. After that they also tell you when the case left NVC.
