CR-1: Case complete on May 15, 2013. Keep calling NVC daily. NVC waiting for an appointment opening from US Embassy Manila. How long must we wait for NVC to get an appointment? My spouse has already completed CFO and medical at St. Likes....we are ready to go....just waiting for appointment? What the heck? I am getting impatient now.

Wow thanks for that info. So I guess no need for me to call NVC daily any more? Should just wait until the 8th of June before I resume calling them? I work for the government myself and I just don't understand how USCIS and NVC operate. It would just make so much more sense for the agent that last looked at our file and declared CASE COMPLETE to have just gotten on the phone and called USEM to set the appointment....but who am I?? hahahaha Thanks for the info...Mahalo, Aloha and Salamat!

ya, the first week of the month is the big scheduling week.

there's a queue, those before you get slotted first.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
