Hi everyone! Just have a question regarding one of the requirements for AOS, which is form I-94. Did you guys send out the original form you filled up? The I 94 I have is just the departure record part that was staple in my passport while immigration officer took arrival record from my POE.

The guides of this forum state to send a copy front and back of the I-94 form.

Please see the guides.

Do not send originals.

----- moved from bringing family members of perm residents to adjustment of status as the OP is filing adjustment from K-1.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Only a photocopy with the appliclation - you will have to bring the original to the interview.

06-13-2012 - I-129F sent

10-11-2012 - NOA2

01-09-2013 - Interview (approved)

01-18-2013 - Visa received by DHL
