Too early to send Email DS-3032 email?

1. Hey, the NVC had my email, and today I able to input my husband's email address as well. The operator told me that I need to wait for them to send me more info on what to do (takes about 20 business days). Is it too early to send the DS-3032 email? Is it possible that I could mess something up not listening to instructions, or will are they just saying 20 days as a general timeframe? Should I still wait until further notice?

2. Also, is it 100% that the i-130 packet I had sent will be there for the Consulate interview?? I'm curious because me stupidly didn't copy anything. So, I would like them to see all the evidence I had first sent to the USCIS of our relationship.

3. My bills are not generated yet, and I know they don't have to be right away. But the NVC assigned my case # last Wednesday, so I was just wondering when more or less they do get generated?

They say 20 days for everything. You should be sending the DS-3032 via email (follow the template provided on NVC filers thread Post #1. Immediate. usually takes about 2 weeks to accept than the IV bill will be invoiced.

Yes the CO needs something to review. But thats not good. The Beneficiary needs to know all thats in the petition thats where the CO gets their questions from

They been reporting on the NVC filers thread that the AOS invoicing is being very slow because they are so backlogged because of the new I-864 form.

Last wednesday thats early its taking about 2 weeks to get AOS invoiced.
