Hello All

We now have our interview date (having filed on 19th March) for 26th June in Denver, CO. We are yet to recieve my EAD which is a constant source of frustration as my wife is away on work related training in Phoenix for three weeks ahead of the interview (indeed, will be flying back for the interview).

Ahead of receiving my EAD and AP documentation, is it possible to fly internally in the United States?

It does appear that Denver is running behind other offices. Should the lack of EAD be a worry at this stage?

Phil

You can fly anywhere in the 50 United States and PR, so long as you fly non-stop from/to the mainland, if headed to PR/HI/AK

Just to add, you can use your foreign passport at the TSA check-point if you do not have a DL or other government issued ID from the US. Internal travel is fine. Just do not end up in a foreign country--by plan or by accident--without the AP or GC.

Have a good trip,

Dave

Thanks - I am planning to go Denver to Phoenix and return, so that should be fine.
