Hi,

I received RFE in Feb. and I responded in March. After that I've always called USCIS to get status but they could not tell me anything. I set up info pass and I couldn't get any help as well. several service request have been done still no response. I had to mail a 2nd response to the RFE after which I called severally with no response. Then I received another rfe dated feb. 26 again today which states the response is due by 24th May, today is 28th may. What should I do? I originally filed i751 in June, 2012.

It just sounds like there was a duplication of RFE letters. Are the dates the same on your RFE? What did they say at the INFOPASS appt? What did they say when you called?

Have you spoken to them since you got the second RFE letter?

What did you send in the RFE?

This doesn't make much sense, they must have said something to you in the INFOPASS appt.

The Ombudsman office will acknowledge right away. On ours they responded in about 2/3 weeks indicating we would get an immediate interview. They appear to be squared away there. What information did you gain from your info-pass appointment?

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

They did not help me at the info pass. But the Ombudsman replied my mail this morning asking me to re-forward all the documents. USCIS replied my mail as well notifying me that they've seen my response and I should get an update soon. To Grace of God, I received the card production email this evening.
