Diversity Visa Lottery + mother + father

Hi,

my brother in-law is here in the states for two years he came here through the Diversity Visa Lottery he wanted to know what is required of him to bring over his mother and father to live with him

He or you need to become a naturalized U.S. citizen in order to bring your parents over.

UNLIMITED FAMILY-BASED

Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizens (IR): The spouse, widow(er) and unmarried children under 21 of a U.S. citizen, and the parent of a U.S. citizen who is 21 or older.
