I am devastated by this. I felt like we were a month away from approval. Now who knows? I've never been this upset in my life.

Now I have heard rom another politicians office senator blumenthal

Ms. Diana

It seems that your case was sent to the Texas Service Center on Friday, along with many other applications. We will be contacting USCIS headquarters in DC to determine what assistance they can provide. I will keep you posted.

Thanks,

Jennie

On May 29, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.
