everyone is going crazy here right now.

Yes, waiting is damn hard but what else can we do in this exact moment? I'm sure that Texas will be faster than Vermont in handling it. They may haven't had to work with I-129F's but with petitions in general which means they know how a petition works etc. it's not completely new to them.

Lets hope they will be faster but remember most files sent there are already past the processing time.

Fox 13, are you saying that you have never received a notice of your transfer from CSC to VSC? That the only way you found this out was thru your Congressman?

I was notified by text message my case had been updated. When I checked it on the USCIS site i read it was transfered to another USCIS office and that I would recieve a letter. I never recieved the letter. I found out it was at VSC from my Congressmans office just yestereday. That is the only way i know it is there.

I know. On monday it will be 6 months and it's frustrating but we are still positive about it. Just hope it's gonna be a fair approval processing (in order of the dates). Thanks for your updates!

Thank you...this is useful info...it means if you did not sign up for text, you would never of known without contacting your congressman. A number of filers fail to sign up for text...interesting that it was transferred while VSC had and continues to process 3-6 a day....

We haven't received the letter yet. Hope this week, but kinda think not till next week. Did your congressman know if the cases already are in Texas ?

Fox13 when did you the get the update? How long ago?

I recieved two updates. The first was on May 14th stating it was being transfered and i would recieve a letter. The second was on may 16th. It stated it had been transfered and I would be notified by mail once a decision was made. Never have I been informed of where it had been transfered too. I have, to date, not recieved their letter. I had to contact my congressmans office to get this information. My congressman is now following up with VSC.

This is just getting frustrating. We can all just guess what and when until NOA2 comes or we get another transfer. I am so disappointed, and i was so hoping for good news.

Lawyer said they used to do this before, and he also said wait 2-3 months and you will see the movement. And i saw that Texas used to work on 129f petitions in past.
