yeah ,6 months waiting just for the approved plus another 2 or 3 months in the NVC plus the waiting time for the interview that means 1 year that's just unacceptable

If that's the case, you will prob be waiting a lot more than 6mos

December 2012 filler here, we got the NOA1 on Dec 19th.

When did you get info they are working on Oct 22 cases ???

I called on Monday (Jun 3) and have been told they are processing Oct 2.

Our case is still at NBC.

I know it is hard to wait, but you will get something eventually. And I know its discouraging seeing people approved much sooner than you are but that's how it goes. Some of us are not that lucky and it just takes time. As you see from my signature, for us it took 254 days from NOA1 to NOA2...

am waiting for my noa2 as well .its been 6 months since my noa1 received. on there last update of may 21 they say that they process October 22 (Vermont service center as of march 31-2013).good luck for everyone

I am October 2012 filer from Virginia and still wating for NO2. I had an infopass last week at Washington DC field office, they said my file is in this office but no one hast start working on it yet.

Im December filer too NOA 1 date is 24 of December, still waiting, 6 months and 2 days, before i was checking my status every day, but after 6 months really i dont want to check it anymore, its making me so upset so frustrated.. I think now its taking more then 6 months even here you can see if you read threads and timelines, be ready maximum for 8 months
