Change Tourist Visa Status

Hello,

I need to know any ways a person can stay here on a tourist visa and change status besides the

obvious stated ways...we all know that a person can come or stay in the US many ways but take

the normal ways and even the VAWA off the table along with the U Visa.

No one is getting married and they don't have the money for an investor visa nor are they being

persecuted in their home country.

It is not so much that I want this person sent back yet but I don't want them to play the system and

trump me by finding a way to stay outside of finding some poor fool to marry. I have researched for

the last few months and have not found evidence of a person turning a Tourist Visa into a

permanent stay without marriage involved.

She is trying everything she can to get status in the country so she can work legal, drive and goto

school and continue to be a pain in my a$$! She is fighting hard to stay here and I want to fight

just as hard to make sure she can't or at least can't stay here legally. Once she is out of status I

don't care much as chances are I can get my daughter and walkaway from her crazy mother.

Details:

She came on a tourist visa in Oct.

Filed for an extension 2 weeks before her i94 was up the reason she claims she is filling is because

now she has court for a custody hearing. True.

She did not use the same sponsor for the extension. Totally different information.

Currently working under the table at a Mexican restaurant.

Child was born in Colombia but is a US citizen through the father. Came in on US passport
