Hi,

I recently became U.S. Citizen. Now applying form i-130. Please clear my doubts listed under Comments.

C. Information about your relative

9. U.S. Social Security Number (If any)

Comment- It doesn't allows me to write None. Should i leave it empty?

13. Has your relative ever been in the U.S.?

Yes No

Comment- The term relative does it refers to beneficiary. If yes?, sister didn't arrived in US ever.

14. If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following:

Comment- yes sister never came in US. There is no place to write N/A. How do i write?

15. Name and address of present employer (if any)

Comment- this refers to me or relative? this is confusing?

22. Complete the information below if your relative is in US and will apply for adjustment of status.

Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

Comment - this i left empty since sister relative never been to the US.

If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

Comment: New Delhi India is this correct?

D. Other Information

1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

Comment - I didn't petition for any one yet. So i have written Non. Correct? I plan to petition for my mother.

If the form won't let you enter anything, print it off and hand write it in. Never leave anything blank

See the 'example forms' tab at the top, it will be clear about when to answer for the petitioner and when to answer for the beneficiary.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

9 & 10 are for her.... donot write anything here, but you can type all and print it and write N/A
