Okay, here is the story.

Last week I was touched twice (Nov 14 & Nov 15) but no change in the the online status. This happened to at least 2-3 other VJers and on Monday the NOA2 came in the mail for them while still showing case pending on the online status. I checked my mail Monday Tuesday and today, but nothing.

So I called USCIS, using the RFE prompts to get a person at CSC. I acted confused and told a little white lie. I said I was confused because my case was updated online and for a breif moment showed I was getting an RFE , but minutes later the status was back to case pending.

She then volunteered that I was approved on the 14th but the notice had not been sent out. That she would have it sent out. Without the NOA2 in hand or an update on the system I am nervous about celebrating just yet, but I think I"VE BEEN APPROVED! :dance:

Special shoutout to SarahandHicham for all the information on how to manuver this system from preparing the petition to today. (F)

a quick followup... I just recieved three emails saying I was approved and the notice was sent out and the online case status says approved.

I'm official :P

:yes::yes: Congrats!! Would you mind teaching me your trick of getting someone on the phone that would actually tell you something more than "you case isn't past 6 months yet so please call back when it is"? I've only called two times and both times I got the same song and dance from them. Even though my application is over 100 days old and not yet approved, they will only tell me to wait until my application is 6 months in their system.
