I waited about 7.5 months for the I130 approval. Hopefully you will hear something soon!!!

I-130 Sent: 7/31/2012

I-130 Approved: 3/14/2013

NVC Received: 4/3/2013

NVC Case# Assigned: 4/9/2013

NVC Case Completed: 5/21/2013

Left NVC 5/30/2013

Consular Received: 8/24/2013

Received P4 Instruction Sheet: 09/09/2013

Medical Exam: 09/23/2013

Interview Date:10/10/2013

Result: AP

10/18/2013: submitted requested documents through CITIC Bank

10/29/2013: Visa Issued - Approved

11/07/2013: Picked up passport and visa at Citibank

what is a 'LUD' ?

also - you should be talking with an ISO at the USCIS national call center, try to ascertain WHERE the petition is (local office) as usually if the petition is at a local office (and most went there after 15 Aug 2012) then the local office calendar is what governs the adjudication and approval times.

LUD is last up date

One can see the LUD when u create a account on USCIS with your receipt numbers. This shows when your application was last opened by an officer.

In my case I called up USCIS and they said that my case is with my local USCIS office

No idea how long it's going to take next month I compete my 6 months .

so you know which local office, that's a plus.

Go into the local office on an infopass appointment, then ask to speak to the supervisor of the I-130 Unit.

Put your questions to that human, and don't give up till you get that human.

I filed for my parents I 130 in dec2012 . I have received the receipt Noa1 with MSC .#

Since them no LUD on the case wondering what's going on .

It's 6 months on June 2013

Most depressing time in ones life waiting for approvals from USCIS

I suggest you do the infopass appointment to speak to your local USCIS Immgration Officer. He or she can see more into the case details.

The problem is that I am out of US taking care of my mom.

I own a house And my family is in US . I am the petitioner and none of my family back in US can help me with the. Infopass

I can only keep my finger crossed and pray to god?

I just noticed that someone else suggested the infopass appointment to your local USCIS office. If any RFE was sent to you and the USCIS did not receive any response from you, you would be risking for your petition to be denied. In my case, a RFE letter was mailed to me and I did not know until I received a NOID letter. You are probably in a hard situation since you can't leave your mom. Hope things go well.

My family is in the US they are looking at the post that's coming in . My situation is really taking me crazy don't have a time frame for the approval , can't take an info pass as I am out of US

No clue about the NBC processing dates which month they are processing

USCIS. Website shows 5 months and national avg for 130's are 6.6 month

Not sure from were these number comes and how true are they .

I am completing 6 months this week with the 130 application

did you leave a limited power of attorney with anyone, prior to leaving the USA? If so, I'm a thinking that person can use it, at an infopass appointment, to inquire about the status of the casefile.
