VSC december filers - where are you transfered, any news?

Just an FYI a Jan 18th VSC filer who was not transferred got an RFE today

Just feel like we have been left behind. Isn't it? CSC processing like crazy, and transfers got a promising answer coming in two weeks? When would we be done with this process?

TRANSFER TO TSC: 06/21/2013

NOA2 (TEXAS): 07/09/2013

SENT TO NVC: 07/24/2013

NVC RECEIVED: 08/02/2013

NVC LEFT: 08/06/2013

just waiting for the Mail to come I think it is stated where our cases was sent. i have seen a thread it says that it might be sent to Texas Service Center. lets wait this week if we're going to get something.. wink.png lets keep our fingers crossed wink.png

My NOA1 date is Dec 20,2012 .... I live in Florida and my Fiancee is from Balamban Cebu .... We have alot in common!! I also recieved notice that my file was transferred and am awiating the notice in the mail telling me where it was transferred to. Where are you in Florida??

Got hard copy of transfer notice in the mail. Confirmed transfer to TSC.

1/4/13 - I129-F Sent | 1/8/13 - Received by USCIS
1/10/13 - NOA1 to VSC | 1/11/13 - Text/Email | 1/17/13 - Hard Copy Received
1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed
5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate
8/20/13 - Medical - Passed | 8/21/13 - Interview - Approved!
8/28/13 - Passport with visa ready to pickup from courier
10/17/13 - POE - JFK
10/28/13 - Applied for SSN and marriage license | 11/2/13 - SS card received
11/21/13 - Wedding


12/30/13 - I485/I765/I131 Sent | 1/2/14 - Received by USCIS

I also put in a service request on Monday she also told me if I didt hear anything in two weeks call back .. but I would be very upset if they start to process jan filers before processing dec how do they just skip around people like this

I saw it on USCIS webpage when I was checking my Case status. Other either got e-mail or SMS notification. But It doesn't say where we are transfered or any usefull info.

Did you see the change on the USCIS website first or get the sms notification first?

I feel Im going crazy.

i just spoke to 2nd tier officer after few hrs hold yesterday and he mentioned that all the VSC to TSC transferred file should be approved or RFE by end of june.

i hope this does happen. good luck to all and my self.

Really? All 8000 of them? In the next 2 weeks? Somehow I really doubt it. It's the middle of June and no action has happened at all at TSC with the transferred petitions in the past 2 weeks. Looks like they just told you that so you stop bugging them for a while.
