as i read in previous few posts that Texas got our cases. Texas Service Center doesnt have this category on the USCIS website. i dont see I-129F on the processing time info page. does anyone knows how to track our case now? i hope they dont take 2-3 months to train new ppl.

BTW i was in Vermont for weekend and it was horrible. it snowed only on the mountain area but weather was horrible.

If it would take so long they wouldnt have transferred them caus Then they could ve just left them in Vermont. We cannot do anything at the Moment but wait so we shouldnt go crazier than we already are. I think we re gonna hear News soon and People who called the USCIS said they told them its something good they transferred them cause it would Take a faster Way.

This is what i find few minutes ago..A post from a member who contacted his congressman, and congressman replied :

I spoke to the VSC and they verified that your case was transferred to the Texas Service Center for adjudication. The issue is that the TSC now has to train their staff to handle the incoming I-129Fs and the I-130s.

Our congressional liaison at the TSC said to call back in 10 days and hopefully she will have an estimated timeframe for processing these petitions. Texas knows these petitions are outside the normal processing times.

I will be in touch as soon as I have some more details.

OMG send petitions where you don't have trained stuff?? Are you kidding meeee????????????

I just called USCIS Customer Service and they had no new information all they said is that we have 30 days to get a notice from the 24th of May. They don't have access to the notice in the system yet, if I haven't received nothing in 30 days to call back and they will TRY to help me track my case. What!? It takes 30 days to receive something in the mail from them... that sounds and is ridiculous. I figured it would take a week at most! How do I get the correct number for my congress man in my state? What specifics or who should I ask for or talk to about this? I'm in Georgia. How do I get the direct number to the Vermont Center or other centers is there a link pls?

I have a question, though, in reading through all this. Is Vermont really "stalled" or are the just processing slowly? And how did the CSC all of a sudden catch up and surpass VSC?

I'm still outside my 200 day window, but I really hope that this doesn't turn into a nightmare. Trying to keep our spirits up, we really want this year to be the year!

Vermont seems to processing at a rate similar to what they are receiving. Here on VJ it was about 7 approvals a day for the month of May. Which means they are at about 6-7 months and holding steady there. Hopefully this transfer of Dec. filers will get that back down closer to 5 months.

CSC had an insane amount of approvals from mid April through early May, and have now steadied out at a similar pace to VSC. So, CSC is around 4-5 months currently with the exception of a few July-Dec filers that were skipped over for some unknown reason.

Good luck with your journey and I hope it goes quickly for you.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

maybe they left cases who need more proof or more to look at in Vermont. I'm done with speculating about that stuff....we'll see and done. It's just getting really unfair for people who are waiting a month or two longer than others....

Hi everyone! After 2 hours on hold with the USCIS I spoke to a relatively helpful tier 2 representative. She put a service request on my file, Dec 20th filer @ VSC, and directed it to the TSC where she told me my file had been transferred. Although it is still in transit from what she told me, she said I should expect a response to my service request by June 13th, so 2 weeks. I'm not going to be so optimistic to think that I will have an approval in 2 weeks, but I hope by then they will at least have a better answer for all of us! I did specifically point out that California has been approving people far ahead of my application, and the Vermont has also been processing dates very close to mine and that I expected that this transfer would speed up rather then delay the process. I also asked her about training of the staff at TSC and she told me multiple times to not worry about the training, so maybe it was done in advance?? Anyways, more on June 13th when I will supposedly get an answer!! Good luck to all my fellow transferrees and please post ASAP if you get any other news, good or bad! I'm finally starting to get impatient.
