Hello everyone,

I need suggestions on my situation.

On 1997 my entry to the US have been refused under 8 cfr 217.4(b) at JFK airport. I was entering to study without holding the proper Visa but under VWPP. I made a mistake, I was 20 years old. On 1998 I started to work for an airline and often travel to the US from Europe with a c1/d Visa. My old visa had an annotation and I had been sent to secondary only few times in ten years. I had a new visa last month and the embassy did not put any annotation. On my first flight to the US after my finger prints check I had been sent to secondary and told that I will always be.
After 17 years is there any chance to cancel or review my position?

Thank You
