Hello VJ Family! I need some help. My husband received his Green Card on a K-1 Visa and now he needs to travel outside the U.S. for a short period of time. My question is does he need to file an I-131 Travel Document Application (Reentry Section) if he plans to travel outside the U. S. for 6 months or less? Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Have a good trip, if you think you will overstay apply for the proper paperwork.
