My spouse and I are getting married in June and we are supposed to live to together.

The problem is she is in Chicago, IL right now and I still go to college in Texas which I need only 1 more year to graduate.

So do you think I should put her address on mine (when filing I130 or as common residence evidence)? Because we will file for my AOS next month as well and I have to stay in TX for 1 more year.

FYI, I am a F1 college student.

No, you must put your address. Your mandatory interview will be for the both of you and will be in Texas. Your wife will have to go to Texas. You must be truthful about your real address or you can be denied.

Living separate but for a good reason can be overcome for the application. You'll have to explain why you live a apart. Good luck.

No worries buddy...we were the same way (we still are!) and they never ever got suspicious about that. It is very common these days that students meet their spouse and it is actually considered good in USCIS eye that you are going to school and willing to finish it even though you're married. It does good to America. LOL USCIS knows that in the long run you'll be contributing more to the country than some citizens....so I would not be afraid on this. Like I said, we were in the same situation and the IO was actually happy to hear that I won't quit school but willing to finish my school even though that means we'll be living separate. And we still do. Good luck!
