Address change?

My fiance (beneficiary) and I (USC) are currently living in my mother's house and will use that as our address under all the forms for AOS.

We plan to be moving out in the next month or so (unsure of address yet). I am aware that we will be required to tell them that we have changed our address- I'm just wondering if this is a huge issue?

>(we have a joint sponsor) but I'm aware I need to sign the 864 of my own as well. I filed for the last 2 years but not the third because my income wasnt enough . Any ideas on how to write the explanation? I will include the IRS publication table showing my income wasnt enough and probably my W2s for that year showing I made under that amount.

When I write the statement and at the bottom include a statement like:

I, Mary Jane Smith, certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the information I have provided in this statement is true and correct.

and sign it?

Is this okay?

That's fine with the proof, and to change you address you call them and fill out a form. There will be instructions on every notice you get from them. You tell them you changed address after you move, not before.

I know I tell them I changed my address after moving- I'm just wondering if it "complicates" things. =P

Does anyone know if it would be a "problem" or any problems we could run into by moving multiple times?

We are moving in June- but our forms will state our current address. Then we would also be moving in September... so basically by mid-september they will have 3 addresses on file.

Quick explanation: at mom's now, moving out to cheap place for 3 months, and then somewhere else closer to my university in september.

I know you might not have an exact answer but I'm just worried...

Other than the obvious possibility of mailing issues (that I'm hoping wont be an issue and our status can also be checked online?) would USCIS have any concerns on our moving habits?
