Hello,

Our applications received an expedite approval as they were stil at NVC (our AOSs still hadn't been reviewed).

I am now wondering what will happen.

I know the documents are in transit right now, but will the Embassy review our AOS on the day of our interview?

Can anyone give any tips?

Thanks so much!

Conact the embassy and request an expedite there too- a NVC expedite doesn't necessarily carry over to embassy level; when you contact them, explain also that you can be flexible if there is a cancellation and come at a few hours/ a day's notice (assuming that is true of course).

Yes, it is very possibly that your affadavit of support and those docs will only be reviewed on interview day.

If you don;t have it yet, make an appointment for the medical and make sure you have all the docs and extra relationship proof etc ready so if they call you for an early interview, you are ready.

Thanks Penguin.

I ve already contacted them about the expedite and will be tracking the DHL package from NVC to Paris.

As soon as it hits Paris, I shall send them an email re iterating the expedite.

The only issue I see is that we live 6 hours away from the Embassy and the physicians are also in Paris.

I may have to tell them to give me 3 days notice so I can arrange an appointment with the physician then get to the Embassy the day after.

As for the docs, I have all of it ready. I think I ll prepare an overnight bag for the children and I, just in case we need to go pretty quickly.
