Yes (as has been mentioned in your parallel thread) and is mentioned specifically in the GUDES:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/432427-advance-parole/

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

You are encouraged to file for EAD/AP (I-765/I-131) at the same time as you file your AOS (I-485). idea9dv.gif As mentioned the GUIDES and in numerous AOS forum threads, the EAD/AP combo card will likely show up within 90 days after filing. Whereas, the AOS (I-485) application can take much longer to be processed (check recent AOS progress forum threads for specific times). With the EAD/AP combo card you can obtain employment and can do international travel. Additionally, as previously noted, if the EAD/AP (I-765/I-131) applications are bundled with the AOS application, the fees for the EAD/AP applications are waived. (That is a real deal from USCIS. good.gif )

You will need to submit the completed applications (examples are available in the forum's EXAMPLE FORMS section), a total six (6) passport photos, and the current associated total fee is $1070, this is for the AOS/EAD/AP, etc. packet. Consult the GUIDES for additional details. good.gif

My wife and stepson received their EAD/AP combo cards in 69 days, the AOS to about 5 weeks more to be processed. Check out our timeline.

Good luck.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Hi, Just a question, just wondering how long would it take if you didnt get any interview sched upon receiving the EAD and AP card. Seems like its a lot easier for those who got interview.

Yes (as has been mentioned in your parallel thread) and is mentioned specifically in the GUDES:
