if my husband attend the interview alone. okay here's my dilemma i'm actually preggy with our twins my due date will be on july 24, 2013. but due to twins pregnancy usually it won't last 40wks...mostly twins pregnancy last between 34-37wks or even earlier than that.

recently, USCIS for some reason reschedule my husband AOS interview from June 18 to June 24..which is between my 35-36wks uuggghhh

now, i'm worry that i might be having the babies or just had the babies on that date.

i hope USCIS will not make big deal of it...or i'm even praying to have my babies after the interview.

will my husband AOS interview will get denied because of me being absent due to pregnancy related issue?

or perhaps a letter from the doctor will proof that i'm at the hospital (if ever)

It can be a problem if you and ur husband residing inside the USA. I think you should just go with your husband, they might ll not ask too much because of your health..!

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

At the bottom of the interview letter, it says:

YOU MUST APPEAR FOR THIS INTERVIEW: If an emergency, such as your own illness or a close relative's hospitalization, prevents you from appearing, call the USCIS at 800-375-5283 as soon as possible. Please be advised that rescheduling will delay processing of application, and may require some steps to be repeated. It may also affect your eligibility for other immigration benefits while this application is pending.

One of the requirements for the interview is that your spouse is present. I just I would just wait and see what happens. If you happen to be in the hospital on that date, then reschedule and explain the situation. Or call USCIS and see what they recommend. You can always schedule an INFOPASS appointment and talk to them in person and see what they say too.
