One filer said that USCIS told them that they were told all the files were being transferred to Texas, whereas another said they were told they had theirs sent to CSC. I certainly hope it's Texas. I don't trust Vermont or California at the moment, though I have to give Vermont credit for at least recognizing that there is an issue and not just developing a backlog for months to come.

When you check igors list.. It looks like there are current fiancé visas being processed in Texas .... So maybe this is where our cases are being sent?????

From what I understand I-129F cases have not been processed in Texas Service Center for a few years. The cases that show up on Igor's list are usually because someone thinks that since they mailed their I-129F petition to Texas, then their case is at the Texas Service Center. It's a common misunderstanding

TSC does not currently process I-129F petitions. Only the VSC and CSC do. IF they are truly being sent there for faster processing, then this will be the first time in years that the TSC will be dealing with I-129F petitions.

True, you can see this yourself via USCIS charts, there have been pretty much no I-129F petitions at Texas since September 2011, and they haven't even been processing the ones they had for a few months before that:

It's possible that they transferred them to local offices around the country.

See for example chart for NYC office, looks like they got a bunch of petitions there in Feb and Mar (probably transfers from CSC when they had the huge backlog):

http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=17&charttype=1

If you switch around to different field offices, you can see that most of the ones in big cities have gotten some petitions at around the same time.

I was pointing out that the TSC does not currently process I-129F petitions. It could be possible they would be transferring some of the load there. I do not know. No one will know for sure where their petitions were transferred to until they get the actual letter in the mail that tells them.
