Hello Guys , Just need to know how long will USCIS gonna take to review a IR-1/CR-1 visa denial case , i had my first interview on Jan 22 at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and i was asked to bring more document which i did and another interview date was set to Feb 15 which i got denied , i was told my case will be sent back to NVC then to USCIS , USCIS got my case on April 15 and we've been making calls to know the status .. Lucky my wife got through today and she was told no time frame on when USCIS will contact her for Appeal or whatever they gonna ask for then ... Please does anyone knows how long this gonna take or how long we have to wait ?Thanks guys .

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

They usually do give a reason, it is very odd if they said nothing at all.

What did they concentrate on at the first and second interview? What documents were you asked to bring to a second interview? You need to figure this out, so you are prepared in case they do re-affirm, or if you choose to file again.

Your wife, the US citizen, should stay in touch with USCIS and let them know she is still interested in persuing the petition.
