Hey Guys! So, this isn't really a question...more of a vent. It's been 71 days since I applied for AOS and EAD and 1 month since Biometrics.

People around the same time as me are getting approved but of course, I have no news :(

I have a good job lined up, just waiting for my approval so I am really hoping today is the day!!

Anyone else feel like venting?? dancin5hr.gif

Hi! I was feeling the same for the past week or so. I had my Biometrics on the 16th of April and like you, I have been monitoring the other applicants' timelines on their EAD approval. Well, I had an email yesterday stating that my EAD card already is in production. So now I have big smile on my face and will just be waiting for Mr. PostMan everyday for my card.

Just extend your patience, dear. I am sure you will get approved in a week or so. Good luck to us! :)

** We met unexpectedly while I was traveling in the US, got married and filed for AOS **

03.28.2013 - Received Biometrics appointment for April 16; NOA dated March 26

05.01.2013 - Received email for update of case status that it's either scheduled or in line to be scheduled for the interview

05.03.2013 - Received letter for AOS interview appointment for June 7; letter dated April 29

05.23.2013 - EAD approval (email received and USCIS online case status indicated that card is already in production)

05.30.2013 - Received email that card has been mailed today

We are also waiting for my husband EAD/AP approval. USCIS schedule my husband AOS interview on June 18 then yesterday morning his status online change (the USCIS cancel it for unseen circumstance) and we also received a letter yesterday with the new interview date (June 24) but the letter was dated a wk ago, so I’m not sure if this letter is related to the one online. Because seems that they just mail me the letter on May 23 or they might have change their mind and reschedule us again on a later date.

But I’ve heard other applicant are having problem after receiving this cancellation notification and not showing up in the interview. Then later got denied for not showing up/abandoning.

So our plans to still attend the June 18(just to be in the safe side). If comes to worst, they just tell us that it's been reschedule and to come back again!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!
