Its on its way to Texas. Im sure most of our applications are going there. I will post new updates though.

It'd be hard to interpret this as anything but good news. Vermont have realized they can't cope with the backlog and at their current rate, December/January filers would be waiting a ridiculous amount

No I called their Office. They said that they were told that the Applications are being sent there. I dont know anything else. We have to wait about a week or so. I will definitely keep you guys posted!

we got the same.. january fillers VSC. honestly i feel excited coz our pettion atleast changed status. our case said INITIAL REVIEW for 132days and it was killing me.

Hmmm, got the same notification, I check my case number early this morning at around 10:00 am est, it was still in initial review. Checked a few mins ago and its Now being transferred, (January filer) Hope this is for the better.

So here is a question... I checked TSC processing times and they do not have I129F listed (obviously because they do not usually process these forms)... but how will we know when we are within "processing time" if we don't know what they are?? I've seen people get responses from USCIS saying that service requests cannot be completed because they r within processing time... so do we just go with what VSC has?? or can we just start harrassing the heck out of em!

11/18/12- 3rd trip to Jamaica

1/15/13- Alien registration number changed

5/24/13- Email/Text Notification that case was transferred to another office...

5/29/13- Email/Text Notification that case was transferred to local office....

5/30/13- Email/Text Notification that case was received and being processed at TSC...

6/19/13- 5th trip to Jamaica for my loves birthday!!

7/16/13- Email/Text Notification that case was sent to the NVC

7/22/13- Sent to consulate

7/23/13- Received by consulate

7/23/13- Sent DS230

7/31/13- Received interview date

8/20/13- Medical

9/3/13- INTERVIEW!!! (Wrongfully refused stating the need for co-sponsor)ranting33va.gif

9/24/13- Tax transcripts sent verifying income (return & W2 sent originally)

10/8/13- APPROVED!! dancin5hr.gif

10/15/13- Dropped off passport at Embassy
10/17/13- Issued

10/23/13- Picked up passport from DHL

10/27/13- POE Charlotte!!

1/16/2014- We're Married!!

2/24/14- Filed AOS/EAD/AP

3/25/14- Biometrics

4/30/14- EAD & AP Approved!!

  • 11/25/2013 Received 221g requesting DNA testing on 2 of the 3 kids

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!

Hi Everyone! I have been a member for a long time, but just since December 2012 have I been following Visa Journey, as i finally submitted our petition after 8 years! I also received the same message this morning saying that our case was being transferred(Dec 28 NOA1). Im really hoping that this means that we will get an approval sooner than later...

Has anyone found out any more info on why this happened to just a handful of us here in VJ?

This is my first post in a very long time, it's good to be back and know we all have support in this journey!!

If VSC transferred pretty much all of Dec-Jan somewhere else, that means that after they're done with Nov they will start on Feb right away. So we should be seeing Dec and Feb approvals at pretty much the same time. Hopefully wherever they transferred Dec-Jan to will process them fast.

Hope soo!! Because im a late january beginning of februaryy filerr !! :D

Just got a text from my fiance just moments ago that he called USCIS VSC and told him that the case had just been moved to CSC. Hope this will speed up our application and not just be left out in their tables to collect some dust!!!!

Did anyone else nearly soil themselves when they saw an e-mail from USCIS with their case number as the subject line? I nearly had a panic attack, read it quickly and had to run the the toilet. Stomach flipped when I saw "New e-mail from: USCIS". D=

Yes, i too became very anxious when i saw a change on the USCIC site showing todays date and there was a change...I hope that we all have good news from this "transfer".

yep....got the same thing today....got all excited...then worried not know what it was really saying.....

Funny because VSC shows 5 month avg processing time...and CA is longer...so why would stuff be leaving VSC?

Pointless speculating...I am sure the info on the website is not really up-to-date

Yup!!!! Read my fiance's message about the changes around 11:50pm. And now its 2am and cant get back to sleep!!! Lol!!! Lets just all hope we really find out sooner where our cases are laid to rest so we all can trace it up at least!!! This suspense is just too much to bear!!!!
