I am being told by my lawyer that my RFE packet goes to different office now. I am a VSC filer and to be honest I dont know if its true or not. Also, she said that gather auto insurance/phone bills/bank statements from the day you got married. I was like OMG, do I have to start all over again? She said IRS Transcripts provides strong case as compared to Tax Returns, because it can be falsified (apparently!).

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

11/30/12 = Got NOA1 (I-797C)

12/23/12 = Got the bio-metrics done (USCIS Status: Pending)

I will suggest that you take a look at other that have submitted RFE responses recently. About the response that your packet is going to a different office now can not be substantiated but to be on the safer side I will advise you to get all the information allover again but focusing on your new evidence because that is what you really need to strengthen your case.

RFE is all about not having enough evidence to establish your case - 2 years of marriage entered to in good faith. Hence, the need for new evidences to support your packet.

IRS transcripts is truly a 'better deal' as far as USCIS is concerned.

I will also like to tell you not to fret so much over the RFE but braise up and get more facts. I wish you all the best.
