So you're under the impression that GZ quietly called the cops and just "observed" the situation ... and somehow, TM knew what was up, and decided to bash his head in.

That makes a lot of sense.

If I saw a couple walking down the street and decided to stop my vehicle and insult the woman in front of her man, you know, call her a fat a$$ ugly foreign slant eyed pot bellied hairy lipped black yellow hispanic latino slope commie douche bag c###, you as a man, may take offense. Now suppose I get out, and start a new barrage of insults. You may even take a swing or two at me. I insult again, now you're throwing punches and I'm punching back. But being a candy ### wimp, I'm afraid you might hurt me, so I pull out trusty Colt and blow you away. I provoked the entire incident, but you hit me first, so I am totally without fault in the unfortunate incident.
