I heard the defense will play Snoop Dog's "Gin and Juice" while displaying the victims photo's. It's all in an effort to provide the jurors with the sinister mindset of the teenage wannabe gangsta.

Any defense attorney would present this...whether it works or not is hard to say...but it's kind of odd to try to put the victim on the stand when he's obviously paid with his life.

Are they saying kids acting immature at 17 and taking pics of their bravado should be shot? That's exactly what the prosecution is going to close with...I see it now.

As M isn't around to give his own account, the only account is Z's. He killed M, there is no doubt. Whether it was murder or self-defense is what this is about. In the absence of someone to contradict Z's story people just assume he's lying to protect himself, after all, the kid is now dead and he only came out of it with a few bruises and bleeding to the back of his head.

The photos go towards showing M's "character". I guarantee if he worked at soup kitchens, and worked for charities all his "godly" work would be paraded out to show how he's a shining angel... just like when this all started the photo used was him dressed looking all clean cut.

No matter which way you look at it, Z is guilty of killing M. But none of us know what really happened. So now the jury gets to decide whether, in the face of evidence showing M to be a gun wielding, drug-smoking thug, and Z being some gun-carrying nutso, whether it is more likely that Z tracked him down and murdered him, or whether M initiated the confrontation (not the following the actual altercation) forcing Z to pull a gun in self-defense... we'll never know "for sure".

I can't help thinking that the media's alteration of that 911 call so long ago plays a large part towards the hatred of Z, the portrayal of him being a racist when that isn't how the conversation went at all. Make me wonder what this would all be like if the ACTUAL 911 call was played from the start, and not the "edited for effect" one.

Nature Boy is a nOOb. The names have changed, but many of the stars still come around regularly. The libs are the ones that are lacking for star quality. You hardly ever see members of the Commies for Christ, although the founder still publishes regular hippe tree hugger free the corn before all the ice melts posts.
