Not going to happen. The American people are not going to trade one tyrant for another. With elections every two years deciding who controls Congress, I would say the likelihood of an armed popular revolt is nil. There will still be incidents where delusional people will try in possibly the hundreds, or even thousands, then commit mass suicide. However, even one state trying to withdraw again from the Union? Not very likely.
