Hello everyone! I was going to pay for my visa fee today at the bank, I have everything ready. MNL #, deposit slip and everything else.

I wanted to make sure so I called USEM first a few minutes ago. They said that they only have an electronic notice and not the physical notice yet. I told the operator I already have my MNL # and is it ok if I proceed with my visa payment already, she said NO.

I'm confused now, I thought I only need my MNL # and I'm good to go. My fiance and I are in a hurry so I was hoping to pay today and schedule an interview appointment right away.

Any thoughts? thank you!

Don't call the embassy.... dry.png they will always tell you - NO. laughing.gif

You are good to go if you have your MNL #, take your passport, the deposit slip and head over to BPI and pay your visa fee. THEN wait 24 hours before going online and scheduling your interview (remember to print 2 or 3 copies of the appointment confirmation page), the embassy states info will be updated within 4 hours but that is rarely the case.
